1 BR Modern Queen Anne Lux Townhome | Sleeps 4

We were moving cross-country to Seattle and needed a short term rental for a couple weeks while we looked for apartments. Not necessarily an easy thing to find when you have two cats & a dog with you. Muni graciously let us stay with all of our pets, and was extremely understanding about the chaos that entailed. Throughout our stay, he was super responsive about any questions we might have. The place is exactly as pictured - lots of light and stylish touches, and a beautiful view from the bedroom. (The bed was also incredibly comfy.) The neighborhood is cute & easily walkable to fun things to do - especially Fremont. Bonus: the TV was theater quality, so we spent many evenings just cooking dinner and watching movies to relax. Highly recommend both place & host!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended stay of about two months and had a great experience with the home, location, and host. Muni was absolutely fantastic and incredibly responsive to anything we needed - you can see his other reviews can vouch for this also. Amazing hospitality and overall just a really nice person. Everything inside the house was great as well - new appliances that were in great condition, cozy living room with huge TV, a work space (great for remote workers), and large bedroom. Had everything we needed and more. Location was also hard to beat from other places we looked at. Short walk down the road for a few restaurants or a quick drive/bike ride over to Ballard, Fremont, and Magnolia. You get the benefit of being in a relatively quiet spot while taking advantage of the best neighborhoods in Seattle. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this place. Although we had a little trouble with the heater, Mini was very proactive and solve the issue asap. The house was clean, spotless and enjoyable

Muni was very responsive and has a great place to stay. However there was a couple things that stood out, the bed sheets had a few stains but there were spare sheets available. There was also a coffee machine but no sugar or coffee and also the bathroom was low on hand soap.

I had an excellent stay at Muni’s place! Muni was a delightful host—friendly, communicative, and always quick to answer any questions. The location was fantastic and easy to find, with the bonus of a designated parking space, which made my stay even more convenient. The property was spotless, and the heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch—perfect for chilly mornings! It was also ideally located near SPU, Whole Foods Market, Macrina Bakery, and an array of fantastic restaurants on Queen Anne Avenue. I couldn’t have asked for a better base for my visit. Great place in a great area of Seattle. The house was clean and very easy to access. Muni was a great host and provided everything needed for my stay.

This was a great place to stay! We had an extended week long trip and we found the location and property itself to be perfect for a visit to Seattle. The place is close to main access roads, but tucked away enough that we never had a problem with noise or anything. The host was responsive and helpful as well. The property itself was spacious and big, especially for the city, if a little sparse on furniture and decorations. The value of this place was about twice as good as a hotel. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here with our cat! The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our visit. The separate den loft area was not only spacious but also provided great privacy for video meetings, as it was located on the second floor. We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy and comfortable the space was! Additionally, the quiet residential location was perfect, being just minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. Muni was very communicative and always quick to respond with helpful instructions. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Muni's place was really clean and well put together. The parking in the back was a plus knowing parking is either hard to find or you have to pay. I had no issues checking in or out, everything was laid out well. The place is really quiet with thin walls- I could hear the neighbors opening and closing the door at night. I didn't have an issue with it, but just a heads up. I had one small inconvenience during my stay and Muni came to the rescue- luckily I was not in a rush and stepped out for breakfast while they figured it out.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Muni’s townhouse! It was super convenient having a designated parking spot (because parking can be tricky in Seattle). The place was clean for the most part (just some shampoo/body wash drips on the shower walls) but other than that, it seemed really clean! The stairs can be slippery so be careful going down. The bed is comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was amazing! Overall, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Muni!

Muni was one of the best communicators of all the hosts whose homes I stayed at. He was very friendly and informative and also helpful. The house was very clean and very modern! Off a major street but the bedroom was in the back and far enough from the road to still be quiet. Also very close to SPU if you have students or business there. Would recommend to anyone.

Muni's place was perfect for our 2 week stay. The place is exactly as described with all the amenities listed. The dedicated work space with a monitor was perfect for remote work and the kitchen island was comfortable for work as well (the bar stools had back support). Most importantly for a longer stay - the bed was really comfortable. We also appreciated the supply of tea bags and the french press. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Muni is an extremely communicative host and will work out any issues you may have with you.
